Disagree. People accidentally knock the ball off the tee all the time.

Nope. The ball is not in play from the tee until a stroke is made with the intent of hitting the ball.

Nope. The ball is not in play from the tee until a stroke is made with the intent of hitting the ball. 

Only if it remains in the tee box I believe.

It should've counted and then Zach Johnson should've had to have played the next shot with his trousers round his ankles as he didn't get it past the ladies tees - The PGA Tour need to tighten up the rules!
