Referee: 5. I lost it when he didnt send the keeper off for dangerous play. Gave the soft penalty on Lyle yet the Williams coming together looked a penalty.

Phillips: 6 Some very wayward kicking today... Otherwise reasonably solid. Nothing he could do with their goal.
Solly: 6.5 Hard working but his crossing quality seems to be in decline.
Bauer: 7 Solid enough
Sarr: 8.5 Powerhouse CB with laser precision passing.
Purrington: 6.5 Okay at the simple stuff. Better performance than recently.
Bielik: 8 Class and Oozes it. Quicker than I thought at sprinting too. Both Bieliks took a smash today and yet he still owned the Luton midfield.
Cullen: 8 like Bielik he oozes class.
Aribo: 5.5 Dog shite for 70 mins. Last 25 he was fine at playing for time.
Williams: 7.5 Quality second half, lost count of his interceptions.
Taylor: 8 Quiet game by his standards... 2 goals though! Could have been a hat trick had he scored off the bar.
Vetokele: 8 Another workman like performance, really good game with both a goal and assist to boot.
Referee: 5... He was bad but from what I saw he was right about the Taylor Penalty, Wrong about the Williams penalty and Right about the red card.

Vetokele: 8.5 - Richly deserved goal. Great that we are seeing the old Igor coming back at such a crucial time
Wasn't sure whether to give my POTY vote to Taylor, Sarr or Cullen as I was walking up to the bloke with the clip-board. As I got there, my head made me say Taylor. I think it was the right call, but both Sarr and Cullen showed why it was a tough choice today.2 -
Phillips: 7 superb tip over the bar to stop Luton going 2 up.
Solly: 8 pushed up the wing to keep their defenders pinned back.
Bauer: 8 Started off shaky but steadied the ship from the back.
Sarr: 8 apart from a couple of loose long range passes he was the epitome of coolness at the back.
Purrington: 7 got some decent runs down the wing pegging back their defence.
Bielik: 8.5 took the game by the scruff of the neck in the second half after finally retrieving his balls from his stomach and dismantled Lutons midfield. The diagonal ball for Vetokeles goal was perfect.
Cullen: 8 mopping up all the attacks and don’t think he gave the ball away once.
Aribo: 7.5 Outshone today by Bielik in the middle.
Williams: 7 got in some nice positions but final ball was lacking quality.
Taylor: 8 A thorn in the Luton defenders backside. Should have buried that first half chance though.
Vetokele: 7 The more he plays the better he is getting. Love to see him score more goals.

Sarr: 7 Commanding at the back. Got drawn out of position for the Luton goal and a couple of bad passes but otherwise a good performance.
Purrington: 6 Not great at going forward. Got drawn out of position for Luton's goal.
Bielik: 7 Looked really off the pace first half. I didn't think he would carry on after a couple of knocks. Much better in the second half.
Cullen: 8 Good work rate and some nice passing.
Aribo: 7 Hardly touched the ball in the first half. Looked much better in the second.
Williams: 8 My MOM. Classy on the ball, great first touch and some lovely runs and passing. Seemed to be the energy behind the performance.
Taylor: 8 Worked hard. Took his second goal well.
Vetokele: 8 So glad he got on the score sheet. Like Kyle he worked hard.
Referee: 4 Very poor. Not sure whether the keeper should have been sent off. I'll reserve judgment when I see the replay. We could have had another penalty in the second half when Williams was fouled. I think the penalty form us was a bit week.
Lapslie: 7 He gives us so much energy. He kept the pressure on Luton closing them down so quickly and enforcing mistakes.
Pratley: 6 Composed and solid.

Sarr: 9 Naby is class, a really great defender now. Wins the ball with a great tackle or recovery, and starts attacks. So good
Purrington: 8 very solid, dependable, no nonsense at times but can also play. Has really stepped up of late which is great for us. He wants to be playing in the play-offs in front of Page for sure
Bielik: 8 was actually really frustrated with him first half, I know he’s not completely fit and got whacked in the balls but he gave up a couple of times. Second half he was fantastic and drove us forward, assisting Igor for our second
Cullen: 8.5 if he hadn’t dislocated his shoulder, I think he could be right up there in the running for POTY, Cullen is so good and far too good for this league. I hope we keep him if we go up
Aribo: 7.5 actually didn’t think he had the greatest of games until nearer the end of the game. He wasn’t as involved as he usually is but was still very good and showed great professionalism at the end
Williams: 8.5 for me probably the best performance from Williams for a long time, second half they couldn’t handle him and the tactical move from Bowyer to play the lop-sided diamond was very clever. Thought he was excellent
Taylor: 9.5 two goals, cool as you like penalty, winding the opposition up at the end and absolutely loving it. He was fantastic yesterday, a real joy to watch. Sounds ridiculous but even the thought of comparing him to Magennis is hilarious
Vetokele: 9.5 can’t separate Igor and Taylor as to me they were both equallly as brilliant. Very best Vetokele has played since the first few games when he first signed. His pace, technical ability, the assist, the coolness for his goal, link up with Lyle, his sharper, fitter and a real handful
Referee: 2.5 completely lost control of the game for a while. Love to hear his explanation for not sending off their keeper first half, that’s beyond a joke. Love to hear his explanation of what he saw or thought he saw for the Williams penalty shout. Love to hear why he thought Taylor’s one was a penalty but Williams’ wasn’t. Only really decent thing he done was send off one of Luton’s players as they were mouthy and couldn’t stand losing. The standard of officials in this country is getting worse, and yes I am allowed to say that, being a qualified one myself, it’s embarrassing sometimes
