  • Phillips:       8    Commanded his area, a great save to keep us in it, and better distribution than Luton's keeper.
Solly:           7.5 Solid. Showed Purrington how to go forward.
    Bauer:         8 Very solid.
Sarr:           8  Slow to track their goalscorer, and one other mistake which might have cost us, but imperious.
Purrington: 5 Had a lot of the ball in the 1st half, but nearly always went back or sideways.
Bielik:         8 Targeted by repeated fouls, but strong and constructive.
Cullen:        9 Held the midfield together with great energy for the whole game.
Aribo:         6  I thought he was saving his energy for the 2nd half. Positioned too far back.
Williams:     7 Targeted by fouls (not as much as Bielik). Still not enough end product, but he did have a shot!
Taylor:        8.5 Great energy and skill. I wish he was allowed to stay more central though.
Vetokele:     7.5 Getting back to the Igor of old. Great to see him score.
Referee:       4  Too many strange and weak decisions.

    Lapslie: n/a
    Pratley: n/a
Dijksteel: n/a   It did seem that Lapslie and Dijksteel weren't sure what positions they were meant to take after they came on.

Phillips: 8 ... glove-work good (excellent save at 0-1), foot-work generally not as good as in previous matches (although who provided the upfield ball for Igor when he was upended by their 'keeper ...? ;))
Solly: 7.5 ... second half better than the first
BeckenBauer: 8 ... nutmegged by the pass to their goal-scorer, otherwise another solid display
BeckenSarr: 8.5 ... Naby does what he wants. Multiple 60-yard passes? Tick. Body swerves? Tick. Crucial penalty area blocks and challenges? Tick. Tunnel jump? Tick. Division Three is a piece of pi$$ for him now. Quality.
Ben Purr: 7 ... better than usual.
Bielik: 9 ... MoTM. Bollocks intact or not, Krystian ran the show on Saturday.
    Cullen: 8.5 ... Bielik's partner-in-crime, almost scored
Aribo: 7.5 ... one of Joe's quieter days
Taylor: 8.5 ... scored two (the second was a great finish at full stretch) BUT that first half crossbar rattler ...
Igor: 8.99 ... wonderful performance, great cross for Lyle, took his goal superbly and the joy on his face when he scored was delightful - you could tell that meant a lot to him and his team-mates who were quick to get around him.

Referee: 4.5 ... first half was woeful, second half got a bit better when he realised he was allowed to punish Luton's fouling.

    Lord Bowyer: 11 ... Mastermind.

    EDIT: Forgot Williams ...

Williams: 7 ... in and out of the game, spends too much time throwing himself to the ground which then means when he should get a penalty the ref waves play on

  • Phillips: 8 - looks very confident
    Solly: 7.5
    Bauer: 7.5
Sarr: 8.5 - really stepping up this year.
    Purrington - 7
Bielik: 8.5 - Need to wrap in cotton wool - will be vital for the playoffs and could potentially run a game on the big Wembley pitch.
    Cullen: 8
Aribo: 7 - Anonymous first half, but came to life after the break. Paul Mortimer like gangly legs, close control and magic left foot - praise indeed!
Williams: 7.5 - Been said before, but if he could produce some consistent end product would be superb.
    Taylor: 8.5
Vetokele: 8.5 - Great to see Igor back - could be our most important player for the rest of the season.
Referee: 4 - The majority of big decisions were wrong.

  • Phillips: 7 - Couple of good saves, no chance with the goal.
Solly: 7 - Got forward well and defended equally well.
    Bauer: 7.5 - Monster
    Sarr: 7.5 - Ditto Bauer
Purrington: 6 - defends well but seems to slow our attacks down.
Bielik: 7.5 - Powerful performance, great skill for a big man.
Cullen: 8 - Ticks the game over so well, League one Pirlo.
Aribo: 7 - Quieter game for Joe but still looked dangerous going forward.
Williams: 8 - Premier league touch and driblling ability shows.
Taylor: 9 - 2 goals, what more can you ask for.
Vetokele: 9 - best I have seen him play since the first few months of arriving. Looks fit, strong, quick and chipped in with goal and assist. IGOR IGOR.
Referee: 3 - Should have sent their keeper off and the foul on williams was a stonewall pen, also got the pen he did give to us wrong.

Phillips: 7 Crucial save to keep us in it

    Solly: 7 Mr Consistent

    Bauer: 7 Usual solid performance

    Sarr: 7 As Bauer

Purrington: 7 Not sure why he gets some flak on here. Very consistent. Yes I know their goal came down his side.

Bielik: 8 MOM any other week but 2 goals shades it. Broke up play, surging runs and physical presence despite a few knocks.

Cullen: 7 Didn't notice him too much but that's not a bad thing given he does a lot of the dirty stuff.

Aribo: 7 Not as prominent as usual

Williams: 7 Came into his own in the second half and should have won us a penalty

Taylor: 8.5 Two goals and a good game generally MOM

Vetokele: 7 Best I've seen from him in this incarnation. Clinical finish

Referee: 5 Not the best but evened it up in the end I guess. Right outcome wrong reasons.
