    I’ve never understood this. Why does watching 11 blokes kick a ball around a pitch give fully grown men the license to act in a specific way?

    It doesn’t happen at other sports so is football special or something? Does it attract a particular kind of person?


    It attracts the sort of person who would never do it if there wasn't a line of stewards or a fence there.

    Some benches from Fratton Park were passing through on a train to Windscale for disposal and  block of seats from the Old Den  intercepted them....

    After the match the old bill were recording a number of youths that were gathering outside the bowling alley, were they CAFC youth or Oxford does anyone know?

    If it was before the game and it was sold out for away fans , I would have said they were looking for spares.
