Josh Cullen and his missus were on the table next to us
I had the trio of roasts, apple crumble and custard and a pint of Amstel as I’m a fat pig, young Josh just had the chicken with water as he isn’t.
Wasn't really easter dinner though, just a normal day.
Unusual Easter fare. Had been expecting to be eating out down in Dorset but had to cancel the trip. Went to buy stuff for a roast yesterday to find the supermarket was closed.
Slow roast shoulder of lamb in cumin, paprika, lemon and herbs.
Home made coleslaw (olive oil and lemon juice), Mediterranean beans, dolmas and flatbread.
A nice yoghurt, cumin, chilli and mint dressing for the lamb.
Bloody handsome.

Stayed in a hotel in Eastbourne for the night and they wanted £22.95 each for a 2 course carvery.so didn't bother

All washed down with a couple of large Hoeggardens, estrellas and bubbly
Went to a bar restaurant in what was the Coney hall last week
17 quid got 3 roast potatoes with that and sure it was a frozen yorkshire pudding.
