I heard somewhere the club has counted season-ticket holders in the home ticket sales -i.e. assuming they all turn up.
Not sure how thats possible...
Going by the figures that Addickted is providing each hour I know that Season Ticket Holders (who havent taken up their seats) arent being counted because there are at least two seats now free in the East Stand that I know were held during the season
PA, I'm not so sure this is amazing. Five years of pent-up anger and frustration have been released at the time we are witnessing a magnificent team playing beyond themselves for a magician of a manager.
This reaction is what has awaited a new owner but Lord Bow has got there first !!

Where's "somewhere"? Sounds like nonsense.
If a club employee told you that, it's meaningful information. If it was a man queuing up at the closed ticket office, the faint smell of Pernod on his breath, it's probably not worth taking it too seriously. Or if you read it on the Charlton Facebook Group, which is full of weirdos.
The home sales figures look seriously impressive to me. I am sure @Airman Brown will have a much better perspective, but It looks to me we will beat the figure for the playoff game against Swindon under Parky, when our core fan base was in much better shape. I think it augurs well for any Wembley showdown against either of those two big boys. I would think we could muster the 35k we took to the 98 final. All of which is pretty amazing with that dark duck taped shadow hanging over us, as Airman tweeted yesterday ( not with those words:)
We are already at roughly the home ticket sales for the 2010 Swindon game. Given what has happened in the last five years, I'm surprised (and delighted) at this.
Seems like I support hasn't completely gone away, its just been sleeping.
I tweeted this last month excited after a victory but I’m grtting more and more convinced of it. We can really go two ways over the coming period and if it goes right way, we could get some serious momentum
i can already see the issue of those arriving on 9.03 from kings x having an hour to get to the ground pick tickets up ( as online you can only choose either post or pick up from doncaster ) and get in the ground in what will more or less be a sell out.
My home and away tickets arrived in the post today, well done the ticket office staff
Same here, having been a critic of the ticket office staff/system in the past i can only say that the service has worked superbly all season for me.
In retrospect it's clear that many people have only just realised now the errors in getting away tickets, season tickets and VG membership allocated to the same account, with people having multiple Fan IDs. I had these issues at the start of the season but resolved them then.

Seems to be just under 700 left
What may have been said is that if you had looked at the seating plan the season ticket holders seat were grayed out as they were reserved.
East Stand A about 400 seats
West Stand H about 625 seats
West Stand R about 525 seats
Best guess is therefore about 2,400 blocked off seats.
But presumably they will change that if there are obviously going to be tickets still available.
Its actually better than that @PragueAddick

Out of the home game tickets sold so far, I have calculated the following:
Charlton fans 47%
Millwall fans 24%
Spurs fans 12%
West Ham fans 9%
Portsmouth fans 6%
The Wealdstone Raider and his family 1% (hoping for a square up)
Car boot enthusiasts pitching up for the Friday evening event in the West Stand car park 1%
They will surely go on General Sale tomorrow ?
