We need a song for every player

  • Dillon's is obvious, and totally the right chant:

    Charlton's, number 1, Charlton Charlton's number 1.

    ------------

    His name is a cat,
    His name is a cat,
    Ben Purrington,
    His name is a cat.

(Absolutely impossible to find a decent chant for)
  • This one should be easy and everyone know it. And, too add its better than the used to be shite, now he's alright.
I wasnt his greatest fan but I love the geezer now and this would get the whole ground singing easy.

We got Nabby Sar, Nabby Sarr, we got Nabby Sarr, nah nah nah nah nah naan na nah.

To the Vincent van De vorrt song at the darts..

  • Agree - Sarr is much better than alright now and has outgrown that song.

  • As I’m one of probably loads of us going up today, to the tune that sheff utd sing their one song to:

    a night out in Donny
    with Charlton Athletic
    a game on the sunday
    It feels like the cup
    Play again at the Valley
for a day out at Wembley
    it doesn’t get better
    than the reds going up

  • John Denver style.... ( get the lights on your phones on)

    You fill up my senses,
Like a cross field pass from Naby

Like a ball in the nuts,
    You make my eyes water

    An overhead kick
    from that fella called Lyle

    We’re winning at Donny,
    Come win it again.
  • Who’s that running over the hill is it Aribo, Joe Aribo.
