I went to a motor-paced event at Herne Hill Velodrome on Saturday afternoon. And very good it was. One of the Derny (pacer-bike) riders, and a track coach, is a chap called Tony Hibbert. Tony was the bass guitarist in '80s synth-pop band New Musik.
Given my views on the ownership of CAFC, here's my track for yesterday (and today, and tomorrow):
"We've come too far. We can't turn back. We must go all the way."
I just wanted them to stop the music for a few minutes so we could sing VFR , just us in the stadium ,full throttle ,while our players were on the pitch.
