The palarse badge ain't great, the blue and red colour scheme is a cravenly cynical move to ensure a 3rd kit gets used quite a lot as well. No accounting for taste.

Let's not give the club too much credit here. The parasitic scum online betting brand has jumped before it is pushed. CAFC has banked its revenue from dealing with said brand. CAFC isn't alone in selling its soul in this way but that in no way mitigates the immorality. I doubt even a business "run" by a loathsome guttersnipe like roly would object to the shirt sponsorship being rebranded. roly won't give a fig for the reflected glory, he doesn't have the neurons. But unless I've missed it, his administration hasn't offered up a share of the ill gotten gains in this deal, has it?
Anyone else remember when Charlton ran a competition in the 90s for Junior Reds to design the new 3rd kit? I think probably about 96. This short looks a lot like my entry except I had a blue and yellow colour scheme.
I didn't win, obviously, but as I remember no one did. IIRC the club just seemed to sweep the whole competition thing under the carpet and released a different design, it was that green and white hoops number I think. I guess the quality of entries can't have been very high.
