I met a Southend scout the other day who had been around Charlton a few years ago. He said our scouting/recruiting had taken a dip a few years ago and we should not expect any real quality for a couple of years more as a result. He named somebody who was to blame but I won't pass that on. Anybody know if there is any truth in that?0

Is Tolu Lapado still with us? Seemed far superior to Adgemang (who had potential) in Ireland and at 16 should surely be in U18. Has he been poached?0
