No blocks of nine games this year. Did that last year but were going for promotion. JJ said that never forget we have the lowest budget and the aim is to stay up. Want to get as many points as possible on the board as early as possible but won't rest on our laurels when we do, when safe won't take our foot off the gas, there is a drive to succeed.
AM said that lots of people within the club want to change the club positively. A lot of people doing extra work behind the scenes when it's not their job and it's above their pay grade.
@charltonnick asked how they now about the lowest budget. JJ said that football is a small industry and everyone knows everyone. Any fee, any wage you want to know you can find out. AM said the staff are also the lowest paid as they've seen the others pay slips.
Fitness - Have limited resources at Sparrows Lane but try to the best out of them. Use a Cryro chamber for recovery where the players go in at minus 50 degrees for a minute and then minus 130.
Excellent work @Henry Irving the only minor detail changes are Monday is recovery both in and outside, with players who didn’t feature doing extra work with Bowyer and then they all go in and do their weight/strength training afterwards (Solly’s routine is completely different but it works for him) and Tuesday’s are the heavy and more intense training sessions when we go Saturday - Saturday games.
Didn't realise you were there last night or would have said hello.
I believe you described me as a fit young man after helping to bring some chairs down to the front
I would have said hello as well, but I didn’t know it was you for certain until we had already started the evening. Then after my quick photo with JJ and AM, met @Covered End for the first time and said hello, but needed to rush off back before eventually getting home.
Thanks for your part to what was another enjoyable evening. Look forward to more in future.
Asked about Solly's good form JJ said it's because he's a very good player (here, here).
Said he has his own fitness regime to manage his body.
Is why its important we continue to get good Man Managers in after Bowyer if we want to prolong Solly's career
Was a good BBC interview about Micah Richards and how Tim Sherwood went in at Aston Villa and ensured that Micah did whatever he needed to so he could actually play and manage his own injury - Remi Garde went in and basically told Micah that players did as they were told or they couldnt be picked; Meant that he just ended his career because he wouldnt refuse to do what his Manager told him
If Bowyer goes, JJ is in. But i am hoping Bowyer is here till Solly retires
It's a bit harsh on Chris, expecting him to play until he's 50.

Well, fit as in half the age of everyone else : - )
Now I know the face will say hello properly next time.
Not sure if this has been put on here already but I put this on the Lewis Page thread...
JJ said last night that Page had gone away to a specialist rehab centre in order to get his body used to the rigours of the Championship as so far his body has let him down too much. He said a similar thing about Aneke too. But that was down to the intensity of our training in comparison to anything they’ve ever had before.
Just when Page seemed to be getting back, he got a secondary injury which pushed him back again.
He’s now running outside and will be slowly introduced into training. The other positive side is that Taylor is the longest term injury we have now, so Page ought to be available in a couple of weeks or so.
By this time next month, if we don’t pick up any real proper injuries, we could have a whole squad to choose from.

I did ask a question, was going to ask more but other people asked the same before I went to.
That was a father and son in the front row!
The son volunteers in the Museum
You've jinxed it!
