Hmmm. It does make me wonder if perhaps you should all be going to football to uhm....watch football & go to a pub for a drink. I find that pubs are usually better for that sort of thing & sort of, I dunno, more set up for it. It's a bit like going to a music festival & moaning about the food that's being served. It's not really the thing you're going there for & so any problems you encounter you should take with that in mind.

I would have thought it's not too much to ask that a tv is fixed so you can see the scores etc, plus refreshments are served in a quick and efficient manner.
We have all been complaining about the Club's hopeless inability to employ anyone competent enough to serve food and drink in the ground for as long as I can remember. The basic problem is it's all about providing the least cost service whilst maximising income to make biggest profit. Customer Service is bottom of their list of priorities which is why the complaints are always the same e.g. brand new, clueless staff who have had no useful training and who are left barely supervised by someone else who knows little more than them, The money they pay is appalling, so the turnover of staff is huge and the cycle perpetuates. There is only one way to deal with this - eat and drink elsewhere before the game and survive the 15 minutes of half-time without the craving to drink tasteless over-priced rubbish or have to make do by eating something you didn't want because they have sold out of what you did. The worst part is being infuriated in the process by the couldn't-care-less attitude of those responsible for providing these services. If there was notable drop-off in revenues, they would be forced to consider improving the service - until then nothing will change so we should all know better.

Well you could go into the ground instead before the game as we do. Nowhere better to watch the lunchtime game as I found out yesterday..
