    Whatever it is, he seems to have something that not many managers/coaches do. 
    Setting traps: he identifies their weaknesses. He then sets us up to create situations that the opposition are uncomfortable in. Then we pounce.

    The players know exactly what to do in the role he gives them.

    He makes average players better because he makes them believe in themselves.

    I've said it before: he is the new Brian Clough.
  • We seem to have a great team spirit and players that don't give up. We may not have the best squad but we've proved far more competitive than most expected.

    How have Lee and JJ managed this?
    I don’t think they really know themselves, as is often the case in sports management.
    They could go to another club and the vibe be completely different and fall flat on their faces.
