Our lovely combination of youth and experience (some kids from the U23s and an old codger in Pratley) have certainly taken the game to West Brom and fully deserve to go in level.
To be fair the Baggies haven't created too many clear-cut opportunities and the one they scored from was down to us gifting them the ball combined with a large stroke of luck in the ball rebounding back to them from Deji's initial block.
Up front Davison has been awesome, being a real handful for West Brom's centre-backs and he finally got his just rewards with his goal. Bloody well taken it was too after a beautiful cushioned header down from the Enforcer, BeckenSarr.
In midfield Pratley has been mischief maker in chief. He's been winding up the Baggies, drawing foul after innocuos foul, and if any of them get a red card in the second half then Pratters deserves an assist!
Looking forward to the garden gnome getting 20-25 minutes this half in his return from injury.
One request lads: try not to concede in the first 45 seconds of the second half please? There's good chaps!
Come on you rip-roaring, goal-scoring Addicks!
That's your effing fault! :-)
Bollocks was it, I was down the other end of the ground!
Unlucky goal to concede. I don't think that's going in without the deflection. The frustrating thing is that we have a habit of conceding very early after kick-off. We've looked decent overall - it's not over yet!
