i thought he had answered!!! didn't he say they have a LEGAL obligation to purchase within 6 months
I thought that was in regards to the training ground?
No, according to the CAST interview the new “owners” don’t own either the training ground or the Valley. But they have some sort of contractual obligation to buy both within six months of the takeover date.

Contractual obligation, which can be easily amended.
the obligation not being met is a worry.
If this mob had the dough(they were prepared to spend) then POSSIBLY this situation would not arise.
Bowyer needs to stay with us and keep us up, I am not sure ESI think the same.
We’ll see. The “we didn’t buy the ground or stadium yet because we wanted to get in and focus on the January transfer window” excuse only works if you actually do something in the January transfer window. Currently we’re probably in a worse place from a playing squad perspective than before they took over. Lots of work to do.

Southall said ESI OWN The Valley, 7 days later we didn't. There is a big difference.
Southall seems keen to open his beak, so do it now and tell the fans what the situation is. Afterwards get back in the office and keep yourself away from social media.
There’s already a thread on all this. Can we please leave this thread to what it actually is meant to be, Southall’s twitter for those who don’t have it and would like to be kept up to date.

We would do......but I don't think he's "said" anything since the storm broke about owning the Valley.

👂
Not a clue, but I’ve also tried to stay away from all the drama because even if ESI don’t own The Valley right now, I know there’s a contractual agreement to own everything in the near future. What’s the point in stressing right now?
I'm not stressing, merely pointing out that MS was all over twitter when ESI took over with him & HE liking this tweet & that tweet.....but since the CAST interview there seems to be radio silence

I think you have the best intentions, but.....
Many concerned supporters have asked you the question regards who owns The Valley.
Many concerned supporters have not received your answer.
Your answer needs only a yes or a no.
Afterwards, hopefully we can all live happily for the duration you are with Charlton Athletic Football Club.
Yours,
Elfsborg
Who owns The Valley
Answer
Yes
Well you said the answer only needs to be yes or no to that question
M.
No. I do not do twitter/instagram.
I have sent an email to HR during the week on their instruction.
I asked questions, but had to be sent to our Human Resources email as they would not give me(fair enough) Southall's email address.
Yes.
Day release.
You get a stupid answer
Any tweets from MS today, seeing as he was at the game.
As @ElfsborgAddick said......any reply to the question someone tweeted earlier this week.
No.......didnt think so.
Perhaps you can answer my post without amending the original one.
So they need to get a move on.
👂
Anyway, back to what the thread ought to be.
Has MS said anything about today's game. ??
Last tweet twenty hours ago doesn’t equal radio silence though.
