And that has to be the worst defensive mishap this year. And there are plenty of candidates

Jesus fucking wept. What’s the point when our defending is fucking abysmal.

36' Goal Luton. They go down the other end. We fail to clear and it's a gift Cornick. #cafc 1 #ltfc 1

Bit of quality from Ozzy. 50 pence heads all round in the back 4.
    Eh?
Defence failing to clear their lines. In particular headers going every which way but where they should. Case in point for the goal, albeit Davis with a piss weak kicked clearance there.

Mentioned on Sky earlier that we have given up 20 points from a leading position this season ffs

    That was not good defending

Getting very tired of this turgid ‘bowyer ball’ , very poor when attacking and counter attacking - defending is very stand-off is and aims to stop the ball getting into the box rather than making tackles

Constant lack of cover on the wings leaves one player - Matthews or Dougherty - having the defend that side , with the cdm always in the middle!

Get rid of the system and move back to having wingers!!
    cmon Charlton!!! Need a win

And the "Understatement of the year" award goes to ...

Where had Doughty gone to leave that space?

Sarr coming over was what created the gap

Has Lockyer passed to a red shirt yet?

From when the other team kick off we need to start immensely concentrating or something for 5 minutes. Kick the ball out of play anything

Imagine if we had actually sold Taylor.

    Absolute d0g shite

We've gone into panic defending mode; the midfield are now so deep they're part of the defensive line meaning our forwards are in a different time zone to the rest of the team.

This looks like a charity appearance by Lyle and Oztuna in a Sunday  league testimonial.

Matty Pearson (Luton Town) wins a free kick in the defensive half.

For Heavens sake, just sit down with him, come to an agreement on what he wants and pay it.

This man is vital to the short-term future of this club.
Sadly money might not be the issue, Taylor can do a lot better than Charlton.

    Eh?
It’s not just me that’s confused. Mind you, Taylor’s threepenny bit was awesome
Erm, now either you know different rhyming slang for that than I do, or that raises all sorts of questions, starting with "what, only one of them?"

42' Ball clearly out of play during a Luton attack, but the referee and linesman somehow miss it between them. Luckily, the move comes to nothing. #cafc 1 #ltfc 1

    Where was Purrington, then?

Oh, we don't need to play a proper fullback in a fullback position.
We've got wingers and centre backs trying to do that job.

For one beautiful minute we were 17th - the oxygen was thinner up there.

Attempt missed. Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu (Luton Town) right footed shot from outside the box misses to the left.

Crikey, please take Davis off at HT and put him out of my misery.
