Must admit I’d never heard of this young guy and his company, almost a billionaire at 28, (Worth more than Alan Sugar?) started out in his garage with his company at 19. Anyone tried their gear?

To build that in 9 years though, amazing effort
I dont own any of their stuff and im not a gym buff at all but my gf does own some and ive seen a lot of people wearing them. It's good quality stuff and the brand is v successful, especially considering where it started from!
No 4xl i am out.
Think they've used social media better than any other brand I've seen, especially in the fitness market.
Really like this as well "during the pandemic, Mr Francis donated £180,000 to Birmingham's women's and children's hospital where his mother works".
Just for me
Most GymShark models on social media are jacked up on steroids.
They advertise their brand mainly to teens too.
Great advertising GS.
I tried Greg Doucette but struggled with his voice.
Like Athlean X too but Jeff Cavalier has lost a LOT of respect with those fake weights.
Did his athlean xero during lockdown and enjoyed it.
Simon Miller and Pure Bullfit are good channels too for entertainment \ discussion
Yeah Jeff's advice is second to none, but lying about the amount he lifts was very amateurish.
Will have to take a look at Athlean Xero never done any of his programs, tend to build my own, but need something different.
Ignore the first 3 minutes.

Going to be a while til I get a new weights rack and protective flooring etc.
Same... Greg Doucette's voice... His content is actually pretty decent but it is really hard to get through.
I like Athlean-X for the body mechanics stuff. Second to none. Nutrition info is sub-par. I go to Jeff Nippard for that stuff. I like how he backs up everything with the latest science and highlights the actual passages from the studies.
My first visit was post Lockdown. I read that they increased their prices a fair bit, ie. £5 to £10 for a day pass, £50 to £70 for a month (non contract). Luckily, the prices are cheaper than City gyms so fine for me while I can freeze my usual gym.
