    Who has temporarily resigned from the trust board.

    Apparently that removes conflicts of interest - I'm not sure it does though...
    I’m sure it won’t be the biggest legal conflict of interests in this whole saga

    No she isn't. 

    Unlike Farnell she has stood down 'temporarily' because of a conflict of interest.

    This gives me great hope. We have legal representative who is demonstrating integrity. Something Farnell does not seem to understand.
