Seems that Steve Cotterill has finally left Hospital after spending 33-days there with Covid, some of which was spent in ICU6

Great news. Really scary how someone like him, only 56 can be affected so badlyForeverAddickted said:Seems that Steve Cotterill has finally left Hospital after spending 33-days there with Covid, some of which was spent in ICU1 -
Exeter get two straight red cards away at Newport .. lead 1-0 at half time0

Hoping it won’t be Rotherham & Coventry joining Wycombe in league 1 next season. Find it boring when the same teams get promoted and relegated each year.1
-
Might be more beneficial for us though if we dont have to deal with a Birmingham coming down etc. - You'd expect Rotherham to be challengers against us, same with Coventry but would be less bothered about them compared with some of the classic Championship sides that find themselves down the bottomSouthWest_Addicks said:Hoping it won’t be Rotherham & Coventry joining Wycombe in league 1 next season. Cardiff winning 2-0 away to Luton takes them up to seventh, and means Dillon Phillips has kept his first clean sheet for the club in his 3rd league start.

And they've won all four Championship games he's been in goal for. He appears to have taken the number one jersey now too as Smithies was on the bench tonightaliwibble said:Cardiff winning 2-0 away to Luton takes them up to seventh, and means Dillon Phillips has kept his first clean sheet for the club in his 3rd league start.4 -
That Jonny Williams is doing well isn't he?0
-
I think it was always the case that Dillon would take some dislodging if he got the gloves and played well. He's too good to be a number 2, and Smithies isn't good enough to be the automatic number 1Addick Addict said:

McCarthy is proving what a difference an experienced, no nonsense manager can make .. he's managed them from a near relegation spot to a near play off spot .. Sandy, are you paying attention ??aliwibble said:Cardiff winning 2-0 away to Luton takes them up to seventh, and means Dillon Phillips has kept his first clean sheet for the club in his 3rd league start.2 -

Great bit of acting by Harlee Dean against Millwall last night.
Pretending to be smacked in the face as he prevented a goalbound shot in the penalty box, when it actually hit his hand, and he got away with it too!0 -
Ivan Toney has the most number of goals (24) in the Championship this season AND the most number of assists (9). That's a goal or assist every 79 minutes.
Could he do in the Premier League what he's done in League 1 and now the Championship?2 -
Maybe we'll see next season?0
-
He'll definitely be in the PL next season, especially as the previous two Brentford No 9s were both snapped up after Brentford didn't go up, Maupay and Watkinsiaitch said:Maybe we'll see next season?2 -
Wonder if someone like Leicester might take a punt, I'd imagine they'll be in the market for a striker in the summer.killerandflash said:

Would love to know what Brentford would want for Toney, especially with Watkins having gone for £30m (?)
Reckon Peterborough will be entitled to a big sell on fee as well0 -
Hope so, Brentford are in my 4 division promotion acca !!iaitch said:Maybe we'll see next season?1 -
Nice gesture from Coventry City this afternoon - Currently wearing a one off kit which has the names of all club staff and 3,500 season ticket holders on it as a thank you for the continued support
Seems to be a day of special kits
Doncaster wearing a different one themselves today given the service from James Coppinger4 -
Brentford imploding a bit, just gone 1-0 down
Unlucky from the Goalkeeper, penalty went straight between his body and arm as he was diving0 -

An amazing career, it's the kit Coppinger designed himself. He's retiring at the end of the season1 -
Am a little surprised, he didnt look off the pace at the Valley when he played the last 10minskillerandflash said:

Impressive for a 40-year old to be able to keep up those levels of fitness
Wonder if we'll see similar from the likes of Darren Pratley (regardless if he stays at Charlton)0 -
3 straight defeats for Brentford now2
-
Odd. Previous 4 games they’d won them all, scoring 15 goals.killerandflash said:3 straight defeats for Brentford now0 -
Good. Hate them.killerandflash said:3 straight defeats for Brentford now0 -
Same as last season. Fall apart when they have the chance to go top.stoneroses19 said:
