Hoping it won’t be Rotherham & Coventry joining Wycombe in league 1 next season. Find it boring when the same teams get promoted and relegated each year.

Might be more beneficial for us though if we dont have to deal with a Birmingham coming down etc. - You'd expect Rotherham to be challengers against us, same with Coventry but would be less bothered about them compared with some of the classic Championship sides that find themselves down the bottom
Cardiff winning 2-0 away to Luton takes them up to seventh, and means Dillon Phillips has kept his first clean sheet for the club in his 3rd league start.

And they've won all four Championship games he's been in goal for. He appears to have taken the number one jersey now too as Smithies was on the bench tonight

I think it was always the case that Dillon would take some dislodging if he got the gloves and played well. He's too good to be a number 2, and Smithies isn't good enough to be the automatic number 1

McCarthy is proving what a difference an experienced, no nonsense manager can make .. he's managed them from a near relegation spot to a near play off spot .. Sandy, are you paying attention ??

Ivan Toney has the most number of goals (24) in the Championship this season AND the most number of assists (9). That's a goal or assist every 79 minutes.
Could he do in the Premier League what he's done in League 1 and now the Championship?
He'll definitely be in the PL next season, especially as the previous two Brentford No 9s were both snapped up after Brentford didn't go up, Maupay and Watkins

Wonder if someone like Leicester might take a punt, I'd imagine they'll be in the market for a striker in the summer.
Nice gesture from Coventry City this afternoon - Currently wearing a one off kit which has the names of all club staff and 3,500 season ticket holders on it as a thank you for the continued support
Seems to be a day of special kits
Doncaster wearing a different one themselves today given the service from James Coppinger

Pretending to be smacked in the face as he prevented a goalbound shot in the penalty box, when it actually hit his hand, and he got away with it too!

Reckon Peterborough will be entitled to a big sell on fee as well

Unlucky from the Goalkeeper, penalty went straight between his body and arm as he was diving
An amazing career, it's the kit Coppinger designed himself. He's retiring at the end of the season
Impressive for a 40-year old to be able to keep up those levels of fitness
Wonder if we'll see similar from the likes of Darren Pratley (regardless if he stays at Charlton)
