Nope we showed interest in him in January but he went to Accrington

May have been because we turned our attention towards different targets ourselves

As cant see Smyth choosing them over us, not to be harsh

That would have been when he scored 1 goal in 19 appearances. There are some who don't like statistics. Personally I don't like strikers who don't score goals.

I think if you watch the clips on the Shinnie thread you get the idea of why Smyth was brought in. I think he’ll play wide and whip the ball into the danger areas. He’s not come to be a striker.
