I did say he is liable to get a red card or two with his aggression
  • Thank god we've signed Matthews

66' Didn't look like he could've done much about that. It's pretty much his second foul of the evening and he's been booked for both. Watch live: http://live.cafc.co.uk #cafc 2 #oufc 0

Oof. Henry blazes over the bar.
  • Do referees not dish out warnings anymore when a player is on a booking???
    Not to Charlton players

I'll say it for the third time. This ref is awful.
I don't usually moan about refs but he's been disgraceful.

Won’t see either Pratley or Watson in midfield at Pompey then!
  • Big fan of his performances since joining but he has to be smarter when picking his battles. The first yellow was maddening. Hopefully he learns from this!

    Assuming Pratley drops to CB?
  • Joke booking that, sorry Tel. He starts to lunge, realizes he shouldn't, backs out, plants his feet and the bloke runs into him more than anything else. Free kick is plenty in that situation,
    Exactly this.

What a total nobhead this ref has been

    Sunday League refereeing.

  • Matthews - Gunter - Famewo - Maatsen?

Or could go with a back five with Purrington in there too

That's not a fair comment. That was a clear 50/50 challenge. Harsh to call it a foul let alone a booking.

That second was never a yellow.

Need a double change. Washington off for Forster-Caskey, Bogle off for Aneke.
  • In other news, how shit is the service provided by Valley Pass/IFollow.

    That's still a strong back 4

  • Whats frustrating is we cant appeal the booking
  • Something tells me this whistle-blower won't be challenging at the top of the leaderboard in @lancashire lad's Statbank.

As soft as it was, it wouldn’t be overturned.

Bring Gunter inside and drop Pratley into back 3... Matthews and Maatsen wingbacks for pompey for me
  • I wouldn't be shocked if we play a back 3 with Gunter Famewo Purrington against Pompey.

Cross from the Oxford left sails over everyone and goes out for our throw.

But then do you gift Portsmouth the freedom of the midfield?

    Good interception from Pratley that.
