We've basically made Ipswich look like how other teams sometimes make us look. 

They've not looked to bad on the ball, and had some nice moments, but also looked quiet slow and shakey with the ball at the back and very mixed in the final third. 

Testament to our work rate today.

He's young and it's his first season playing for a proper side. It's gonna happen, we all need to be patient with him.
