    Oshilaja been very solid. God alone knows why Pearce / Pratley / Gunter have all played ahead of him at centre half this season.

    Maybe players out of position is a weak argument and its always been the players themselves that the focus should have been on rather than the Manager of late!!

    EVERY goal we've conceded of late has been down to weak individuals making the sort of errors they shouldnt be making at this level

    It's not only are they better than anyone else who has played there we haven't played Pratley and Watson in front of any other pair either

    Least we have been palatable to watch today. One worry is I can just can't really see us scoring unless we get the ball into our striker more.

    We’ve looked so much positive, and an attacking threat every time we attack.
    oshilaja looks solid, but maatsen looking very suspect a lot of the time! 

    Playing one striker upfront just isn’t working however, and every time we attack it’s coming via Washington who is therefore out of that strikers position! 2 needed upfront 

    Millar looks a real threat, and someone who would do well in a 442

    game has passed Morgan by a little, and Gilbey with jfc doing the nitty gritty in front of defence! 

    As usual however, it’s the silly mistakes that do us problems - and our constant desire to play it out from the back inviting that unwanted pressure

    Accringtons passing is very good.
    What is it about this team that thinks it can swing out to Right time and time again for deliver poor balls in or good balls (sometimes) and no-one there!!
    And ... What has Maddison done wrong? Lets see him on with Millar!
