Yes he is. We signed him for the last CC game in which he scored a hundred to save the game. He's been playing for our 2s all season with a view to gaining a contract but also with in mind of the number of players we are going to lose for that comp we don't like to talk about.Stewart said:Finch who is currently batting, is he the ex Sussex player? Because Billings is in the England squad and bubble but hasn't been selected by them. Edit - he isn't in the England squad but "ECB protocol" prevents him from playing. It must be something to do with going from one bubble to another0 -

Now here's a thing. A couple of years ago Joe Denly had a row on twitter which centred around the fact that there was no one playing in the Kent League who was good enough to play County cricket. Either the standard has got a lot better or he was mistaken. The names Singh, Hooper and Macleod spring to mind!1
