Currently on a train to Broadstairs. At least I'll get some sea air before the torture tonight2

Just checked in. Lovely hotel.2

Whilst we are at full strength.......Birmingham are certainly needy. Olly Stone and Henry Brookes are long-term absentees among their pace bowlers, Oliver Hannon-Dalby has had another setback, and Carlos Brathwaite, an integral part of their side in the group stages, has flown off to the Caribbean Premier League. And if Ryan Sidebottom ever hankered after adding to his solitary T20 outing, made last month, he is injured too.To encapsulate the Bears' constant run of misfortune, Dan Mousley, their promising spin-bowling batter, returned from a broken finger and duly smashed another one in fielding practice.0

Birmingham won the toss and put us in0 -
We've basically sacrificed Stevens' ability with the bat and ball for Cox's fielding and potential big hitting at the backend. Means Denly and Leaning will have to share some overs.0
-
Looking forward to watching this on Sky tonight - hoping the Kent boys deliver
Disappointed no Stevens0 -
Signed up for Willow TV here so I can watch it properly, not have to find a dodgy stream. Come on Kent. :-)0

I'd forgotten what a dump the St Lawrence is!
In the back row in front of the retirement flats. Lousy view, and I'm tall. Might have to stand!1 -
Messrs Crawley, Denly and DBD are dreadfully out of form or this pitch isn't all that0

Denly even played a forward defensive in the power play!0

46-2. 6 overs
DBD 26*. Billings 1*
Crawley 4, Denly 110 -
180 is the par score here but I would probably take 160 on this0
-
That's not a dismissal you see too often. Shame because DBD had got used to the track0
-
Really unfortunate.

Kent Spitfires are 100 for 3 with 6.2 overs left
DBD out for 53
Billings 22*0 - Sponsored links:

This pitch reminds me of when we prepared a bunsen burner for Lancashire's four spinners in the 2018 QF0
-
Leaning another one that just couldn't get going... 7 from 12... hoping Blake can inject a bit of urgency into the last 5 overs.

This pitch is awful. Watch the Bears now make it look like a road!0

We will see now0 -
162 doesn't appear to be too bad on that wicket. A little bit puzzled why we prepared a surface that favours the Bears strongest department though...

Quietly confident - reckon the wicket is bowler friendly
But we shall see ……0 -
