South London rag let’s the two lowest pub league clubs know about the salary cap change , not relevant to those playing in proper leagues

I really thought we had no chance of extending Aneke. Now we at least have some chance.
I wonder if any of the player's agents had clauses put in their player's contracts, that if the cap was ever dropped, they'd receive a 20-30% increase.
