Warm drink: tea with milk - has to be milk, none of the plant milks work in tea IMO (and never sugar)

Steak: (totally depends on the cut). Mainly medium rare.
Milk: Don't drink it. Just have a tiny splash in tea.
Alcohol: Red wine / IPA
Warm drink: Tea, very strong with a dribble of milk. Amount of sugar depends on size of vessel.
