He's spoken a lot about the clubs tradition, there is no way he wouldn't have known we run out to RRR. Also why hasn't someone at the club mentioned it, they must have known what was coming. Addicks to victory ? What a pile of shit !!!
I used to work for a right old pervert. He used to call me Gladys and sing ‘feeling glad all over’ as he went round the office 🙄
Really? That’s awful!
Yes! I was the only female in a team of blokes. Being young and naive I assumed it was what you had to put up with. 30 years on I would kick him hard in the bollox if I was in the same situation again.

I won't comment on the song because if you can't say something good about it, it is best to say nothing at all. But it will sound a lot better with the 3 or 4 decent signings we need I'm sure.
The bloke dug us out a hole and I’ll be forever grateful for that. I accept he’s an extrovert and not all of it will appeal to me, but what disappoints me is there is clearly no one at the club who understands Charlton Athletic well enough (or has enough clout) to say ‘listen, that would be a huge mistake’.
Possibly being a bit dramatic but after such a break and what’s happened to some families, fellow fans etc during that break, i was expecting a real poignant moment and a lump in my throat when the players walked out and the first few bars of RRR struck. The atmosphere before had been electric. Instead everyone just looked around confused.
Not the most important thing of the afternoon and soon forgotten, but none the less a real shame. Some things are pretty ‘Core Charlton’ and ditching something that’s been part of our history for what, nearly 100 years, for an owners bit of amateur jamming, is poor, really poor.
I’m sure from the backlash we’ll be told “it was only ever a one off blah blah”, but it was an easily avoidable mistake.
Wow i must be the only one who quite enjoyed it 😂🤷🏻♂️ Agreed RRR needs to stay but if we can get that in before to get people pumped up abit i think its great

Yes, needs to be RRR to come out to.,,, however I have no problem if addicts to victory was played for the start of the 2nd half, personally thought it had plenty of energy and was ok.I’m not going to slate it because it’s not RRR, As much as I love tradition I see no reason space can’t be made for new things.

some people just cant wait to moan
No I agree completely, moaning for the sake of it I’m afraid.
We were sat near the directors box and he was still in playing his guitar in there whilst the song was on. All a bit bizarre really and hopefully the Red Red Robin will be back next game. If not then Thomas really isn't reading the room very well. People might say the Red Red Robin is just a song but it's a piece of the clubs history
