Horrible week for Spurs. Amazing week for Newcastle.
Fair play to Bruno Lage at Wolves, he's doing an incredible job there. 4th straight away win today (Brighton, Man Utd, Brentford and Spurs). One of the managers of the year without doubt.
they were excellent today. Spurs badly missing Dier at the moment.
I was thinking this is perhaps a case of a player becoming better in his absence, given a lot of people have previously said he was shit and needs to be sold but.......
Dier, Hjobjerg and Skipp since Conte took over. 5 starts together 0 goals conceded. 7 games they didn’t start together. 13 goals conceded
Lloris .. get rid now Spurs, the man is a real liability and getting worse
Disagree. He's been excellent this season. Just had an off game against Wolves, which to me was down to the sheer panic caused by the 3 CBs in front him.

I can't quote actual examples, BUT my memory tells me that he has made a series of bad blunders throughout the season .. and v Wolves, bad defenders or no, his performance and inability to catch comparatively simple balls around the box were inexcusable, this from an international keeper and club captain earning a fortune .. BUT as a Spurs fan you are in a far better position than me, a mere M O D watcher, to comment on his overall reliability (or lack thereof lol)
Newcastle (playing at West Ham) are quite frustrating to watch. Lots of nice stuff in the build up, but nobody getting in the right place at the crucial time. If anyone does shoot, it’s not even close. Dominated so far, but now they’re 1-0 down. Reminds me a bit of watching Charlton but with better quality players.

Zouma's back !!
An own goal and a sending off for him would please me.
Of course plenty can change but after a good win last week Everton could be in trouble.
Watford and Burnley winning leaves Everton 4 points in front with some big games coming up. Everton face Man City, Spurs and Wolves in their next 3 games and then face Newcastle and Watford back to back
Any other club and that's a penalty. Same old story with consistency.
Sorry SELR, but the idea that Arsenal get given nothing by refs is a myth. As a “big” club, they get far more benefit than they should.
Superleague wankers, fuck them. My punishment for all six would have been no penalties given to them in matches for five years. Take a free kick from the centre spot instead. Watch them suddenly manage to stay on their feet in the box...
Lloris dropped a howler for one goal but then pulled off a save that pretty much no other keeper in the world could do. Love those bizarre French keepers tbh
great that there are now real contests at both ends of the Prem table .. nothing more boring that a club running away and out of sight with a dozen games to go or one waving the white flag at the wrong end of the table

It'd be even nicer if the contest at the top end was between more than the usual two teams (with the usual third in third)
