Clive Mendonca Johnnie Jackson Yann Kermorgant Chris Powell Alan Curbishley Mark Kinsella Chris Solly
Honorable mentions for the likes of Hunt, Robinson, Brown, Rufus, Kiely, Bauer etc but the above names are top tier legends for me.
BELLENDS
Lyle Taylor Roger Johnson
I’m not going to list the network players as bellends, as they were largely just shit - not dickheads.
Can't argue too much with this. I'll add Deano as a gold-plated legend, and Carlton Cole as a bellend. Thought he was doing us a favour, then refused to come back... And got the abuse of a lifetime (i was going to say roasting!)
In the days when men were men (yes, even Mark Stuart!) Aka ~ The legendary winning team in the 1987 play off final against Leeds (who are all bellends)

Bradley Allen v Nels? One didn't care one did. No reason a player should just a job after all but it mattered to me. Pringle complete waste of time and no bollocks, fate sealed when Jaap Staam jogged next to him and ran him off the pitch Pitcher Palace Aizlewood where to start. Svennson never met him but popping at Curbs who belatedly dropped him after far too many crap games. Tivey and a white XR3i cabriolet Peake was mates with my next door neighbour, couldn't park and was pig ignornant. Ghooch - Huddersfield Jeffers- just is Andy Jones off pitch stuff not the place.

Was Bryan Hughes that bad? I gotta admit I was hardly enthused when his name was on the teamsheet. But his return on wages and effectiveness was almost stellar compared to Faye, Marcus Bent, Racon, Zhi, and Traore from a similar era.
Heroes: Kinsella Balmer Webster Minto Kermorgant Pearce Jackson
Villains: Pardew and his ten forwards, and two injury prone cb's plus the good Hudson. Then complaining he wish he'd been told after the fact, he'd spent all his budget on Hudson, so it wasn't his fault. You'd just bought a bloody team of supershit over priced forwards, in the previous 12 months. He and his team had the worst talent/transfer acquisition record in my Charlton lifetime. Even Dowie bought some good players amongst his dross. Supershit manager to the tune of Chemical Brothers........

Complete Bell ends Pitcher Aizlewood Pringle Peake Ghoochennajhad Svennson Jeffers Tivey too obscure too explain Andy Jones Bradley Allen
just noticed how many shite forwards I’ve included
I used to play in sane team as Tivey as a kid - can u elaborate ?
Went to Junior school with him.
Middle park - I played for kingfisher, a s did he, from the age of about 10 - used to live riund the corner so we would give him a lift - Gordon Watson, Scott minto and Damian matthews joined some years later and our manager headed up the charlton youth system for years - Shame Mark only made a gre appearances for us - had a great left foot - admittedly he was a bit of a ‘character’

I'm getting angry now even 12 years later.
