Gunter: 6.5 - Defending is still a chore to him but nearly scored a worldy volley
DJ: 7 - Some really good work and a nice goal
Morgan: 7 - Worked hard and played the ball around well
Watson: 6.5 - Did well until ran out of legs for the last 25 minutes
Kirk: 6 - Without full back support didn't see much of the ball and just one snap shot to remember
Stockley: 7 - Worked very hard and took his goal well
Washington: 8 - All over the place and could have had three goals to add to his assist
Elerewe: 7 - Looks a very competent youngster
Referee: 7 - Once you knew he wasn't going to blow for everything it made for a good game

Lee: 3 - Looked like a fat bloke coming out of the stand to join the end of the game - no movement, skill, or game sense. (OK, maybe a bit unfair but he doesn't look very fit...)

I will concede that he had his best game in a Charlton shirt today.

Nice ... if unexpected ... headed goal.  Some tricks, some good attempts at decent through-balls.

But ... woeful crossing.  I really think that he doesn't know how to kick a ball.  And check how many times on various threads that we hear ''good first half, but then faded."

So, if your definition of a good player is someone who does a few tricks and gets lucky from time to time ... then, yes, we have a winner.

Me?  I think he's woeful.

And I really don't care if I am in the minority.  Come back to this thread in 12 months and we'll have a humble pie festival.

To call him woeful is absolutely absurd! 😡
