(1) Why did they increase Valley Express on some routes by nearly 50% (mine went from £11 a week to £16) when the whole subsidy of Valley Express was to get more people there and therefore increase match day ticket sales and match day expenditure. Trying to make them break even on VE sales is not productive and is a disinclination to attend. (2) Why change the Millenium lounge (bar and optional food) to a sit-down meal with 1 "free" drink for £2,400 a year (inc VAT). What conultation was taken on this? Does anyone really think that Charlton has the fanbase that have the means to pay out over a hundred pounds a week for a basic meal and a seat near the directors box!? Looking Saturday 11th it was half empty...

Absolutely. To be fair I have had lengthy discussions about this (and away coaches) with the club as this fare isn’t working and won’t ever work in my opinion. The majority of people still travelling are season pass holders who have paid £210 (about £9 a game), but you can see from the online booking that a third of seats across the six remaining routes are always empty. The fare increase is almost certainly reducing coach takings never mind overall revenue. All I’d say so far is that the club has been very open to that conversation and other ideas, which is much better than under RD.
That’s not to say there will be a stampede to The Valley at any price if we are playing like we did on Saturday.
Why is the catering so poor in the family stand? the only option is to feed kids sweets or pies, and if you have a young child the north lower isn't a great place to take them into for the catering options there.
Used my 20% early bird discount voucher Saturday. Staff didn't understand it, hadn't seen one before - had to get the manager and I had to go to another counter. I then said what beer have you got. More head scratching...draft fosters, draft John Smiths or bottle of cider or Heineken! What sort of choice is that? So my 20% off a £4.80 bottle of Heineken - she said that will be £4.00 please...I couldn't be bothered to argue...amateurs.

For me if TK hasn’t put a cheque for 16p in the post for you (using a 1st class stamp) by end of play today then should be enough for a dismissal….
The PA systems are still a serious issue. While it's good to be able to hear Brian or the RRR, from a safety point of view it's essential that everyone can hear important announcements.
It's no use testing them in an empty stadium with no fans in, they have to be audible over cheering/singing/booing spectators.

Totally agree - I'm lower west and it's hopeless. Another question - what about fan Wi-Fi...I don't think that's been switched back on...that would costs very little ...
The website could do with an overhaul. It is not very intuitive and looking for points etc is a pain. Even going into Valley TV is confusing, and why you have to log into general content via a bit of red text is a mystery. Why not a button you press? All a bit amateurish.

The team's not been very successful when looking for points either!
They had a better points table on the ticketing page before, showing in detail how you earned points, but that got removed last season so that they could show "CAFC Cash" and doesn't seem to have returned.

About 24 miles an hour for the European, obviously.
What delegated powers do they have?
What power have you got?
Where did you get it from?
In whose interests do you use it?
To whom are you accountable?
How do we get rid of you?

Assume you meant CEO?

Very good - well played.
He missed an open net from 22 yards!
And he's probably injured now after that knee slide.
