How very sad. I only ever travelled with Jean a handful of times but on each and every journey she made me feel welcome, as if one of the family. Never mind going the extra mile - Jean went thousands, and thousands more to support her team, and there can be few who didn't enjoy doing so in her care. RIP another true stalwart.
Very sorry to read this and my condolences to Jean’s family, especially Gary, and those close to her. Having spent many years sat in front of her, the news is very sad but Jean will live long in the hearts and minds of so many connected with our club. RIP Jean.

Well said, Ashers. Wonderful she maintained her connection, even in her care home. How very comforting. Condolences to Gary and her family.
RIP Jean I will miss you telling the ref what you thought of him having sat in front of you for years in the east stand (now Alan Curbishley stand). Condolences to Gary and family.
