Played one great ball in. Lavelle: 7 - You can see he is going to be a decent signing but still getting there Famewo: 7 - He does get caught out but gives us an offensive drive too Souare: 6.5 Didn't do much going forwards but solid defensively Arter: 7 - As he gets fitter, he is going to get better. He clearly has the quality Gilbey: 7 - Looked close to what he was at the end of last season Lee: 7.5 - A key member of the team. Can't be dropped at the moment Leko: 8.5 (MOTM) - Great goal and too good for League One defenders Davison: 6 - Should have scored at least one but he keeps defenders honest and a positive in that he has stepped up to the plate Kirk: 6 - Gave us a better balance than we had on Tuesday. Should have scored but you can see what he can do as he gets better/more confident.
Stockley: 7.5 - Impressive. Maybe when he comes on it affects the plan opponents may have for him. Also, it may be that some defenders handle him less well than others. He was the dominant force yesterday.
MacG: 6 - overcommitted for the free-kick, little sidestep gave him no chance to recover. Gunter: 6 - his lax defending led to their early chance, but otherwise solid & did his job well. Lavelle: 7 - I like him, he defender well & was strong when we were being bombarded with crosses final 10 Famewo: 7.5 - He can be a bit ropey, but he was excellent today. Souaré 6.5 - still getting up to speed, but mostly defended well & kept the ball moving. Arter: 8 - He ran the show today, kept the ball moving efficiently, and got stuck in with some meaty tackles. Gilbey: 8 - His ability to progress the ball up the pitch has been sorely missed, brilliant footballer. Lee: 8 - Took a while to grow into the game, but once he did he tormented their back line Leko: 9 - A class above MOM Davison: 7 - Industrious Kirk: 6.5 - A lot better today, should’ve scored Stockley: 7.5 - Great goal Referee: 6
