    Gateshead vs Charlton Athletic

Feel a little sorry for Altrincham given they're the Semi-Pro side

I’m not sure but I don’t think you’ll miss out.

"Away fans are located in the large East Stand on one side of the stadium. This stand has a capacity of 4,000, more than ample for most conference teams away followings in the National League! The stand is covered, free of supporting pillars and so fans have an unobstructed view of the playing action."

True, but the National League clubs must surely all be Pro apart from a few.

The fact that Altrincham can challenge with that status is impressive

God that's a horrible stadium. Half a mile from the stands to the pitch and far too much capacity.

Forgot that the previous Gateshead owner (Cala?) was linked with us a year ago

To be absolutely fair to Gateshead, they’ve gone through the wringer over the last couple of years with some dodgy owners (sound familiar) and the TV money will help them big time.

Charlton fan Neil messaged the radio station said bad luck and would have preferred to play them which their injured player Dean Furman said that it was because we probably didn't want to travel the extra miles to the North East 😆.
  • Their ground is like something out of Bosnia
  • Altrincham have a really restricted capacity, especially with closures due to ground issues, so there's no issue now with away tickets!

    Don't get the coach.

  • Surprisingly comfortable win for Plymouth over the Massives

They played their full first team so not really a surprise. they beat them 3-0 in the league back in September as well. Plymouth are unbeaten since the opening day of the season, they look the real deal this year.

Wednesday don't lose many matches though, they're a bit of a 1-1 side
  • Wigan scrape through 2-1
  • Glad to see train tickets to Newcastle have doubled since the draw was originally made.
  • Charlton could play away at Altrincham U12 and we wont make it easy!!

Although I wish we could get Solihull Moors away one time, with their Ground name almost being: Danson Park
Careful what you wish for, it’s a Khazi. Went with Maidstone a few years back and the local youth spent most the game lobbing stuff into the away end and then trying to attack after the game. No surprise they’re a close relative of Birmingham City.
