  • Can you wear white every week?
  • Well deserved win for Forest.
  • 5 PL teams out now (Arsenal, Burnley, Newcastle, Leeds, Watford), 1 more to go tomorrow and 3 all PL ties in round 4 means at least 9 will be gone by the 5th round.

Must have been a Spurs tribute act - After all they cant win anything either ;)

"Are you Tottenham in disguise?"  ;)
  • Foul throw given against arsenal with 1 minute left.
Long throws into the box aren't a tactic I imagine Arsenal practice much  :D
Hahah I know but fuck me, that's got to be a fine.

We fine our Sunday league players for foul throws.
I see more foul throws in the Premiership than I ever saw playing Saturday and Sunday football for years. Rare for ref's to flag it up and it really bugs me.

I cant say much, we were diabolical earlier!
  • I think that was an amazing day of football. All those games at the same time like that. Upsets. Football needs more of that.
  • Plymouth away at Chelsea is the perfect tie for a promotion chasing L1 team. A big payday and a great day out for the fans and players, then they can concentrate on the league. A bit like us in 2011/12 at Fulham

I believe that Arsenal are in breach of FA Cup rules and should be fined:

Players’ shirts shall be clearly numbered on the back in accordance with the Official Team
Sheet. No change of numbers during the match shall be allowed except on a change of
Goalkeeper or where a player has been required by the Referee to change his shirt
because of a blood injury. The Captain of each team shall wear a distinguishing armband
provided by The Association to indicate his status.

  • The kit was obviously approved by the FA for the cup game.
they requested permission for the women’s team to wear it too but that was rejected by the WSL.

I didn't have any trouble making out the numbers

    Palace’s cup
    West Ham or Spurs cup
    Chelsea’s cup
    Liverpools cup

ffs it’s all opening up for one of the gazillion teams I hate for success ….

Come on Man City just win it and fuck the rest off

Luke Shaw. 3 bookable offences so far and no card.  Villa score a goal VAR looks at 3 reasons to not allow it - cannot find one so they manage to find a 4th

How’re United getting away with so much 😂
  • Var showing itself up as per.
  • Also. They are an absolutely shocking football team. Villa are literally running through the middle of the pitch almost every attack.
  • United been really lucky.

The highlight of the game was the 1957 final they showed at HT, and THAT assault on the keeper!
  • Rashford not bothering?

  • How are Manure winning this?
  • A few cheers from the man utd end when rashford got subbed.

He has looked like he just can't be bothered.
  • Dion Dublin - Man of the Match is Scott Mctominay he’s been absolutely everywhere tonight.
Dion Dublin on 92minutes - United have just done enough and had decision go their way.

    Eh Wut?
  • Glory glory Man United

Seriously? White numbers written on a white background. That's not what I consider 'clearly numbered'.
  • Cavani ran into him and it didn't warrant a change of the decision imo.

Ultimately though it took nearly 4 minutes to come to that decision. I think VAR should have a maximum of one minute and if they're still deciding, a bell rings or a horn blows, and the original decision stands.

It's truly extraordinary when you compare that clash in 1957 with the 'clash' that Villa's goal tonight was disallowed for.
  • There's something wrong with Rashford.  He actually looked depressed tonight.

Think he needs to take time away from the game
  • Villa are seemingly worse than us in the cup. 6 years now without winning an FA cup game.

There's something wrong with a lot of their players. How many players at United have improved over the past couple of years? I'd say McTominay has but i'm struggling to think of anyone else.

Martial has vanished, Rashford is going the same way as Dele Alli, Greenwood appears to have regressed this season. Sancho is a shadow of the player he was at Dortmund. Shaw was great at the Euro's but isn't very good for United. Wan-Bissaka, Maguire and van de Beek were all better at their last clubs. The less said about 90m Pogba the better. Fred has been awful.

It has to be down to the coaching staff surely. Most of them are talented players and it's hard to believe they'd be performing this badly under Guardiola or Klopp.
