All well and good wanting left/right hand combination of batters at the crease but that theory is absolutely pointless if you can’t get off strike.
One thing the Australians and particularly Warner is excellent at doing is knowing when pressure is building and rotating strike by taking a quick single. We can’t even do that.
3 wickets lost for zero runs off the last 9 overs, I did a calculation earlier on comparing the two teams' averages and worked out that we are 65 runs per innings worse so 130 runs in a match, Think I need to look at my figures again because that seems much too low.
Think it's safe to say that, with the weather around as it is, we will be made to follow on. It sounds ridiculous to say it but, actually for the good of our overall game, I don't want us to get a rain affected draw.

No runs in 6 overs. Means the bowler can get in a groove & dictate terms. Batsman needs to knock the bowler off his line & length.
We have Stokes, Bairstow & Butler to come. 3 of the best attacking batsman. We are 3-0 down so might as well be hanged like a sheep than a lamb.
Malan glances it straight into leg slip hands for a 39 ball 3
Extras still second top scorer
