We have a re-building exercise in the same way as the men's team. An opening bat and the need for another consistent middle order player plus replacements for Brunt and Shrubsole (even though she is only 29) who are coming to the end of their respective careers with preferably one of those being an all rounder - Brunt and Ecclestone at 7 and 8 have been batting one place too high and this has come about because of the need to go in with six bowlers.
