Impact throttled somewhat by how Cambridge set up to nullify fullbacks. Inniss: 5 - He is huge, won headers for fun, but just looks unsteady and unpredictable on the ball. At fault for their goal in build up play. O'Connell: 7 - nothing much to say, Mr reliable Clayden: 5 - I don't think he's ready or dare I say it good enough. That goes for both defending and attacking. He appeared a weak link to me throughout. Morgan: 5 - After some form he was back to largely ineffectual today, really disappointing. Dobson: 7 - For me, a real brightspark today. He always looked assured and broke up play well. Always available to receive the ball, never hiding. Fraser: 7.5 - Not usually his biggest fan as he's often a bit of a luxury player who comes and goes, but today thought he was a class above throughout. Some really nice touches and overall pieces of play. Rak-Sakyi: 5 - Never got going today, which was a shame. I had high hopes. In his defence he was doubled and tripled up most occasions. Stockley: 4 - He doesnt fit the system, slows the game down and even his near volley attempt did little to convince me otherwise. A mobile striker who can stretch lines is desperately needed IMO. Kirk: 3 - I cannot believe he is in the team. All he does is mess with his hair, it was all game. He doesn't take people on, instead turning his back, and offers virtually 0 creativity in any other area. Payne: 6 - Made an impact when on the pitch.
