  • No real surprises... Squad picks itself at the moment.
  • Bolton: Trafford; Jones, Williams, Santos (c), Johnston, Charles, Bakayoko, Iredale, Lee, Bradley, Thomasson

Subs: John, Sadlier, Aimson, Morley, Afolayan, Dempsey, Kachunga
  • Hope our Centre Backs manage to deal with Dion Charles today - He's managed to score a route one goal for both Accrington and Bolton against us, because our CBs haven't dealt with the bounce of the ball
  • Really interesting that we have the youngsters coming through at the right time
  • Love Curbs' story in the preview show about his transfer deadline day move from Birmingham to Villa.

Good to see CBT & McGrandles on the bench, but starting 11 seems strong and good back up on the bench, so feel ok about today, let's just get the first goal and make sure we build on it..
  • Come on you rip roaring Addicks!

Still feels like we're not quite there yet either with the latest "Golden Generation" from our academy - Not when you think of the likes of Kanu / Adigun / Anderson etc.
  • Bolton news:
🔹 George Thomason makes his first league start of the season.
🔹 Kieran Lee and MJ Williams also line up in midfield.
🔹 Dion Charles and Amadou Bakayoko start up top.

    Charlton news:
🔴 Lavelle returns to starting line-up
🔴 McGrandles and Blackett-Taylor return to the matchday 18
  • 1-0 charlton
  • Jayden/Captain - Don't get into a ruck and sent off while up against big Santos.
  • Talk about Pompey on the top of the table, and how well they are doing, but today is their first real test in Peterborough, we could cement top six place with a win today, so lets see..

Fixtures of those teams who currently sit above us:

    Portsmouth v Peterborough
    Accrington v Ipswich
    Sheff Wed v Barnsley
    Derby v Plymouth
    Cambridge v Lincoln

  • They look a strong side, Bolton. Largely unchanged from last year and have a style of play. Expect they'll be very difficult today.
  • After transfer deadline day, it would be so nice to get 3 points and put that in the distant past (for now!)

  • Does Curbs post on here, sure I have read everything he has said multiple times this week.

I'm only getting audio on the stream, no video (watching in Canada).

Ooh, video has appeared, as if by magic.
  • Curbs seems to think QPR tried to change the rules with Bonnes signing back up, but the club didn't take the bait, but Brownie raises the question about leaving it late, but Curbs seems to understand that stance having been in that position himself, very frustrating..

    Same here - in France

Depth looks ok midfield and up but defensively totally untested

    Audio ok
    picture stop & start
  • Clayden looks like a proper aggy kid that hangs around The Glades.

Keep playing well and improving lad.
  • No picture for me either in, ahem, ahem,  Holland…..

  • Charlton’s clash against Bolton is the Trotters’ dedicated @hergametoo fixture. Couldn’t be prouder to see that both clubs are supporting the campaign. Enjoy the day @emp_21x and our brilliant @CAFC_HGT advocate @jadey161087
