The indictment also accuses Sandgaard of retaliating against financial reporters by attempting to disrupt their personal lives, including sending used underwear to a reporter’s spouse.

    I'm sorry, what?!

Why can't we ever be owned by anyone normal?
    Quite a normal occurrence………..down my way.🙄

The irony is he was always deemed to be the good guy that saved us from a bunch of crooks, now he's turned out to be the worst person of the lot. Southall could only dream of swindling $873m.
Southall kicking himself he only asked Tommy for

Does anyone on here still have any Zynex shares?
Yes...55 now worth a paltry £2.87.  Glad I hung onto my Metro Bank shares (bought at a similar time) that have considerably offset my loss!

..."When financial reporters raised questions about Zynex’s business practices, including shipping unnecessary electrodes, among other things, Sandgaard hired an individual to attempt to disrupt the reporters’ personal lives. These efforts included signing reporters up for therapy sessions and listing conditions such as erectile disfunction. They also sent used female underwear to a reporter’s spouse at the reporter’s home with a thank you card addressed to the spouse, detailing the reporter’s alleged “illicit behavior” – all apparently with the intent to convince the spouse that her husband was being unfaithful.

The United States has sought to restrain assets of Sandgaard or related entities, including a Porsche, a BMW, a Mercedes-Benz, real properties in Colorado and Florida, multiple bank accounts, and a Gulfstream G-IV aircraft. The government has also sought to restrain the assets of Lucsok including real property, a Porsche, a Volkswagen SUV, and various bank accounts.

A federal criminal indictment is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty"

A Dane and a Ukrainian charged. hmmm

Even worse than restraining his Gulfstream Jet, they've seized the copyright for Addicks to Victory.

Maybe the Danish Mafia were real...
Do as we say or you will wake up with a pigs head in your bed

Not sure "Do as we say or you will wake up with a peephole bra and crotchless knickers set in your bed" carries the same menace.

Imagine going to all that effort and then spending the money on buying Charlie Kirk.
I laughed so loud at that I think I may have disturbed my neighbours

Of course - now that does add some menace.

Following Norway's refusal to award him the Nobel Peace Prize and the tariffs he imposed, this is Trump getting his own back on Denmark for not handing him Greenland and all their mineral wealth on a plate. I fully expect "Sandgaard is innocent" to be daubed on the Valley pitch in time for the QPR game.

    Wow, this paragraph is dynamite:

When financial reporters raised questions about Zynex’s business practices, including shipping unnecessary electrodes, among other things, Sandgaard hired an individual to attempt to disrupt the reporters’ personal lives. These efforts included signing reporters up for therapy sessions and listing conditions such as erectile disfunction. I'm glad there's some clarification on that article that it was female underwear and why, because when the other article just mentioned sending used underwear I was picturing skidmarked y-fronts with a Metallica symbol on the front.

How the mighty has fallen! This is exactly what the guy was talking about who I met in Monterey last year. I posted about it above. A nasty piece of work is Sandgaard.

An alleged heath insurance fraud that extends to more than $800m sounds a hell of a lot of money.  But in the United States, it's probably the price of a couple of ingrown toenail removals.

Used by who though? Maybe Sandgaard's relationship with Raelynn broke down because she came home one day to him in a full set reenacting the I Want to Break Free music video...

On the plus side, I’ve never received a dirty pair of pants for calling him out over the statement, bullying was a “style of management that is misunderstood by some”

Looks like he’s going to need a good brief, seeing as he’s posted a lot.

To be honest it’s probably why sandgaard was happy to pay southall the money - as it ultimately wasn’t his. Unfortunately I’ve had a business relationship with a client who was committing fraud and they were extremely generous with their “expenditure”.
