The irony is he was always deemed to be the good guy that saved us from a bunch of crooks, now he's turned out to be the worst person of the lot. Southall could only dream of swindling $873m.
Wasn't there some link between him and Southall or the fake Sheikh somewhere prior to any party having any involvement with us?

Matthew Syed has always said that foreign entity's are buying British football clubs as a form of covering up their shady goings on.
Who would dare question the owner of a British institution? is along the lines of their thought processe

That rang a bell with me. The Dossier team found this very weird website...Peacetracts. A very ..er.. eclectic collection of so-called World Peace Ambassadors. Tahnoon is there in the Middle East section and Sandgaard in the Western Hemisphere section. It had us stumped. We established that some of the profiles are fake, others were real (e.g Kenneth Goldman, CFO of Yahoo) and some were real but clearly fantasists, such as Sir Patrick Bijou who claimed to hold positions in both the ICJ and ICC courts, but the positions don't exist, let alone his name on their websitse. But we could not discern what it was all about. We couldn't find a money trail. The Administrator, a Swedish woman was running it from what looked like a very modest apartment in Uppsaala. The main man appeared to have links to the Israeli Far Right mob. I think we established via Wayback Machine that Tahnoon joined up before TS. But clearly they must have been in contact. With some misgivings we decided that it was just a vanity thing for both of them but begs the question when they were on good enough terms speaking terms that Tahnoon was able to intro Sandgaard.

..."When financial reporters raised questions about Zynex’s business practices, including shipping unnecessary electrodes, among other things, Sandgaard hired an individual to attempt to disrupt the reporters’ personal lives. These efforts included signing reporters up for therapy sessions and listing conditions such as erectile disfunction. They also sent used female underwear to a reporter’s spouse at the reporter’s home with a thank you card addressed to the spouse, detailing the reporter’s alleged “illicit behavior” – all apparently with the intent to convince the spouse that her husband was being unfaithful.

The United States has sought to restrain assets of Sandgaard or related entities, including a Porsche, a BMW, a Mercedes-Benz, real properties in Colorado and Florida, multiple bank accounts, and a Gulfstream G-IV aircraft. The government has also sought to restrain the assets of Lucsok including real property, a Porsche, a Volkswagen SUV, and various bank accounts.

A federal criminal indictment is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty"

A Dane and a Ukrainian charged. hmmm

"A Porsche, a BMW, a Mercedes-Benz, real properties in Colorado and Florida, multiple bank accounts, and a Gulfstream G-IV aircraft" are a lot better than Range Rovers and nice breads.
Thank god it's not "A Porsche, a BMW, a Mercedes-Benz, real properties in Colorado and Florida, multiple bank accounts, a Gulfstream G-IV aircraft and an English Championship soccer team".  I should imagine that'd make Sheffield Wednesday's woes this season look tame in comparison.

Now who’d thought that, the guitar man is a wrong’un

On the plus side, I’ve never received a dirty pair of pants for calling him out over the statement, bullying was a “style of management that is misunderstood by some”

Henry Irving will be gutted as he was drafting a message to ask for them for the museum. 🤣

To go in the museum's display of used pants with a Charlton connection, known as Skid Row.

Numerous staff saw them for what they were, some upped and went, others with mortgages and rent to pay had no choice than to stay and put up with them.
Even those employed (I believe) by guitar man saw through them quickly and chose the former.

There was someone on Twitter telling everyone this was going on and that the company was going to collapse while he owned us and everyone thought he was a loon. Wish I'd have listened and shorted it!

It’s arguable we were used as a form of money laundering. Or at least offloading ill gotten gains
Well he should have given us more of his ill gotten gains the tight bastard ! We could be in the champions League by now :'(

She's focussed on narcisistic behaviour traits in her work since then apparently. Can't think why

The indictment also accuses Sandgaard of retaliating against financial reporters by attempting to disrupt their personal lives, including sending used underwear to a reporter’s spouse.

    I'm sorry, what?!

Why can't we ever be owned by anyone normal?
Maybe the Danish Mafia were real...
Do as we say or you will wake up with a pigs head in your bed

Not sure "Do as we say or you will wake up with a peephole bra and crotchless knickers set in your bed" carries the same menace.

    A dirty sheets win !

Interestingly, I met a former friend and business associate of Sandgaard’s last year at the Monterey Concours Classic car meet in Monterey, California. I had my Healey there and he had an old MG. Anyway, we were chatting and I found out he lived in Colorado and he had an accent similar to Sangaard’s and he even looked like him a bit. Anyway, he was Danish and I asked him if he knew Thomas. He said he used to be his best mate. A bunch of ex pats hanging out together. But then he said he fell out with him when he was just getting Zynex going. He said his business practices were very iffy. Bigging up the prospectus of Zynex to attract investors etc., and he said he found it very unethical so he walked from their relationship.
It was an interesting discussion and It certainly rang a bell with me.
I was going to post this last year but I couldn’t find this thread.

Clearing out some stuff today, I found this programme from October 2020 after he's bought the club. How could this person possibly be a wrong-un...

Some weirdo keeps throwing dirty knickers into my front garden.

They usually smell quite fresh to be fair.

I am going to stop following his music.
  • This could make the Wrexham show look like Sesame Street.

    Maybe a movie deal.

Makes me wonder what 'real' tactics he used to acquire the club. Wonder if any unsuspecting lawyer or prominent businessman with a Range Rover and flat overlooking the Thames, received any unsolicited used lingerie??
  • Can you stop this for today - I’m trying to drink, and keep snorting IPA at some of the excellent comments. I’ll be oout of the bar by 7, so no more humour till midnight your time. Thx.
