The good news is we get DJ, Lavelle and Kirk back in the summer. It'll be like having 3 new signings21
-
I Swear when you make signings you juggle a few at a time incase things change or go wrong
we never seem to learn and focus all our energy into one and when it goes tits up late we have no fall back🤬1 -
Sandgaard’s next trip to the Valley should be interesting. His modus operandi is very much out there now.0
-
Just want to check up on them people who got on peoples back for not being happy with all the out goings ? Deadwood or not, you do not have hector not having played in over 6 months, inniss a complete calamity and Thomas who is utter garbage as the only options at centre back.1
-
Is Conor Wickham still a free agent 👀1
-
No Matt Smith in?
Gallen Out4 -
So what was the point of all that other than cutting costs for costs sake?3
-
How's Thomas adequate cover? He's either injured or not match fit. Christ, it's like saying don't worry because we can always get Holden back on the pitch and Browny looked spritely on Charlton TV the other day so he'll do.

makes sense
Backwards thinking from a management team that don't have a clue.
Andy Scott walks off with his commission though so it's all fine.
o'connell, I agree7 - Sponsored links:

I’ve no issue with any of the players going, bar O’Connell. None have really added anything this season and have been taking up places and wages and offering next to nothing in return.Hector and Kilkenny could be good, but there’s a lot riding on two players there who have little to no game time this season. Ness has been a revelation and I would have dropped Inniss this week for EOC. At least with none of our midfield going, we can work Kilkenny in gently if needed. By all accounts a decent player and I’d like to see him, Dobbo & Fraser as the preferred three. We’ve just offloaded a significant chunk of our wage bill and replaced with loans and 6 month contracts. Personally, I’d use that to tie down Dobson, Leaburn & Ness to decent contracts.Everything set up for a new owner to start afresh, but I won’t be holding my breath.14

EVERY player that featured on Saturday is still with us.20 -

Our bench is filled now with players that haven't played in multiple years or kids. Depth, what depth?
Sess Inniss Ness Penney
Kilkenny Dobson Fraser
Rak-Sakyi Leaburn CBT
Subs - Wollacott, Clare, Hector, Morgan, Payne, Bonne, Aneke
Plus Kane, Thomas, Henry, Campbell and Kanu. Nowhere near as bad as you're making out.
We're an attacking player light that's for sure. Getting rid of DJ and Kirk without replacing one of them is poor. Obviously was the intention with Edwards but shouldn't be getting rid of DJ if it's fallen through.5 -
Wollacott Maynard-Brewer
Egbo Kane
Inniss Hector
Ness Thomas
Sessegnon Penney
Dobson Clare
Morgan Henry
Fraser Kilkenny
Rak-Sakyi Payne
Leaburn Bonne
Blackett-Taylor Campbell
Aneke as the wildcard
Doesn't look much worse than the start of the window, and more balanced too.
Main issue now is injuries4 -

Evidently he’s been training with Chef Wendy for quite a while and for the last two or three days with us, reported to be in tip top condition.
Doesn’t sound like he’s crocked to me…..unless you know otherwise that is?
He hasn't played at all this season
That doesn't scream "match fit" to me.
If he actually makes it through 60 mins before Easter I'll eat 2 hats.
Shall we hold him to that? Just need a volunteer to video it.

Pretty sure TS will have factored in the savings on kits can be used to put on lights in the changing rooms. Still on the tap water though.0

Obviously it's a bit sad to lose EOC as he's class, but everyone else who's left wasn't wanted, and the ones we've brought in either have pedigree or at least got signed by Ipswich in recent years2

can you start again with players who are currently fit & ready to play 90 mins.4 -
Think we're an experienced winger light. CBT has had his fitness issues and only viable replacement is Campbell. Shocking to let DJ go(if it happens) without signing a replacement1

Whelmed or underwhelmed? Personally I am befuddled, so much going on.2
-
‘I don’t think I’d have been brought in if there were no funds. I’ve been promised funds to bring some players in‘ - Andy Scott, December 2022. Either he’s really stupid and was easily deceived by Sandgaard or he’s a liar

What a great deadline day. Where’s the early bird season ticket sign-up form, or has that been loaned to Burton too?26
