  • Is Clare's first touch always poor or is it just me thinking it? He seems to have to almost tackle himself every time to get moving.
  • Absolutely dog turd…
  • We look better now because we have about 50% more backbone on the field (from Inniss mostly)
  • If there’s a clash of heads, it could lead to a Payne Inniss Chin

Will he ever be presented with a passable chance by the rest of the team? Much much better players than him would not score for us playing in tiny if tonights midfield.

  • Bodin through on the right, Inniss recovers well to block his centre. Corner for Oxford.
  • Long ball down our left, Chin wading through treacle to get back, Inniss strides across to block and concede the corner.

Haha. Never been a goalscorer. Madly over rated and now doesn't even put a shift in
May have been saying that for two years.
  • What’s he passed for there? Shoot FFS.

  • Good ball from Payne releases JRS, can't get a shot off so looks for CBT, touched behind for a corner which is headed clear

Funny how Leaburn seems to get chances when he's on the pitch though

It's as though Jayden's approach of jogging into the box and standing still isn't really paying off...!
  • Another good area wasted.
  • Clare is having an absolute mare.
  • Any of us could have selected a stronger side.

Suspect this is a set up.
In what way a set up?
On the basis that there are changes going on behind the scenes. No-one involved feels any responsibility or accountability. From players, to Holden, to the new and temp SMT, to TS, to the prospective incoming owners/ stakeholders who can walk away anytime during due diligence. They all get away with it with no consequences. They can all tread water for now, so they are.
  • Corner headed away by Leaburn and has a go at flicking the second ball away. We finally manage to get the ball upfield courtesy of Payne. JRS on the run, shot/cross to CBT deflected for a corner.
  • Inniss does actually have a yard of pace when he wants.
  • Payne is soooo much better when the game is stretched.  Still not brilliant but significantly better.
  • Rak shoot there FFS!
  • Take Chinn off
    Replace him with dowehavealeftback
    And that's nearly my side!
  • Hate to say it, but Leaburn is far too good for us.

  • Corner came to nothing but nice work between Leaburn and CBT make a chance for JRS but it's blocked before he can set himself properly.
  • Jeez, poor Richard chin, he’s so not ready for this.
  • Payne wins a free kick near the front of the centre circle. Henry to take.
  • This is like Groundhog Day or a bad dream,I need more medication.

  • 66' Booking for Leaburn... He pulls back McGuane.
  • Now it's game on!!!
  • FK headed back out. Ball comes in to JRS, Oxford win possession and Leaburn booked for a pull back(?)
  • Goal for Davison of Wimbledon
