Referee has taken action against Rak-Sakyi... So far as I'm aware, the FA cant issue retrospective action because the referee has technically seen the incident and taken action.
FA can only get involved if there is no action, and nothing in the referee's report

Ref saw the incident and gave JRS a yellow so can't get him on the retrospective viewing.
PB come forward, looks a bit ominous for a few seconds, but we manage to clear courtesy of Sessegnon, and come forward, but play breaks down and then the ball comes off the ref.

They can ask the ref to review it. He can retrospectively change his mind.

Understand that but wonder if tfe FA will come up with some bolox that the ref didnt actually see it & was going on the word of his lino. And then having "reviewed" it he realises it was a red.
