One thing with driving Oxford, there’s loads of parking next to the ground and in the overflow behind the Hollywood Bowl / Cinema complex

And it’s handy that you can see your car while sitting in the ground .
And see the ball bouncing off it from one of our shots on goal  :)

FYI for anyone thinking of driving into the city before/after - Parking in the city is very expensive. Best bet after the game is Westgate which has a flat rate of 4.50 ish after 5. Traffic is also bad at the moment as one of the main roads into the city is closed (by the station)

    Cheers for the heads up

All set and ready to go.
    Where's the pre-match thread?

No one can find the will to write one, which is fair enough. This is the start of a phenomenon where we all end up pretending that the season isn’t  happening.

@ForeverAddickted only got back from his hols in Cornwall yesterday  reading between the lines and @Sage wanted double time to do a Saturday match preview but times are hard at CL Towers and @AFKABartram refused citing he wasn’t going to bust his budget😉

Shall I give it a go?
    Oxford Utd v. CAFC
We are a little bit shit, but we are hampered by injuries.
We have new players that we believe will prove to be an upgrade in some unspecified time frame.
We have a new player on loan from the Premier League.
We have high hopes for him but he isn't a specialist striker, nor is he some retrograde John Toshack character that hangs around like a head on a pole and magically creates all this space and opportunity for the once prolific Alfie May.
We continue to be patient/desperate whilst the team looks evermore like it's comfort zone is in league one.
I don't really know much about Oxford but I expect them to win.
    1-0
Edit. Forget it AFKA has blown me out if the water

Good effort mate but what’s the line up and formation you’re expecting Holden to play so that lifers can pull it to pieces and offer up their preferences and predictions over the next five pages 😉
