Tyreece is looking like the attacker who could make the biggest leap this season. That's a huge compliment given the depth of talent all around him.5

Was a poor first half but really turned it on in the second! Assimwe, Leaburn and
Campbell were all excellent impact subs!
Real shame about Chuks but we march on!0 -
I came off the beach (not knocking one out) expecting to regret it but somehow the sun continues to shine indoors. I have that feeling that we might at last get out of this fucking awful league…but I’m not going to say it cos it might put the mockers on it. LLLABH!

Nelson Abbey , only 20 years old too. Very impressive player.16 -
There centre half abbey is only 20 already reading captain and has already playing for England u20’s
a big club will sign him if he continues like today

First time this season I feel like I watched a team that looked like promotion contenders.
Reading are clearly not a great side but, similar to Blackpool, they came to frustrate and did a good job first half. Also similar to vs Blackpool we were a bit sluggish but did keep it patient and stayed calm. Also like vs. Blackpool our pace and quality, both starters and off the bench came into it’s own as the game wore on.Unlike vs. Blackpool, we kept it tight at the back so when the chances opened up for us we were able to go on and win, rather that rescue a point.Defending like that vs better sides is going to be the key to how far we will go this season because I don’t think many sides have better options and depth in attack so we will score goals most weeks. I thought Hector had his best game of the season, I hope this is the start of things to come from him because I haven’t been particularly impressed so far this season.
Not perfect but further progress in the right direction and I would say we are starting to look more like a proper side. I came away happy and sets up a potentially cracking weekend of sport with the F1 and Rugby.6 -

Left at half time, absolute borefest, don’t think we had a single chance. If you don’t score you’ll never win games.
We’re going nowhere.53 -
Gutted for Chuks. Scored his first goal this season. Then gets injured. Must be frustrating and soul destroying for him. Hope he can bounce back quick. He is a real asset to the team.

Lovely to see Chuks get on the scoresheet, gutting to see that he then got injured. Hopefully it's nothing too major, but with his luck I'm not holding my breath. I wonder if this will mean Daniel Kanu comes back as cover after his month at Southend is up? He scored 4 today in their 5-0 win, which is going to do wonders for his confidence.

Nelson Abbey - he's their captain at the age of 20. They might want £75m for him too.

Absolutely bossed the second half, which is good because the first half was absolutely dire. CBT when he's on it, he's absolutely unplayable1

Think the Prem sides will be all over Abbey in January I'm sure. Feels like a Brighton type signing.2

Probably the best name I've ever heard:
Nesta Guinness-Walker

Can we actually ban NabyWonderland from player marks? This is too much. I can't stand it1

Yeah he was very good can't believe he is only 20. I also thought their striker Ebibhatioman, also 20, looked pretty decent.7 -

Surprised we see him in a Charlton shirt again1 -
It is going to be about six weeks I suspect but he will be back.0

Dobson / Watson combined well. Hope Chuks knock is not long term, feel for him.
Good performance, not great.Win the games in hand …….0 -
1st half was absolute pony. Tupac changed the game completely. A rare quiet game for cbt it seemed only until he then gets 3 assists. Knew as soon as he received the ball for our 1st it was going to end in a goal. Peach of a cross where Aneke didn't even have to move. From then on it was just to easy for us and I was glad we didn't ease off and positive subs were made to increase the score rather than hold out. UTA.1

I have been giving Apples a relatively low score because of our 1st half performance, but I now wonder if his tactics is to have a defensive 45 then bring on the subs and change to an attacking formation?0

Predicted 7-0 before the game.
Disappointed.

Does MA have to play Tedic because he is on loan? Putting him on the wing is obviously not his game and MA seems not to fancy him at CF1

I never feel right giving someone MOM who only played half a game, but Tyreece Campbell was sickeningly good 2nd half.
A real break out performance by him.25 -
