Position is May playing, ballboy?0

Chelts 2-20

Edun has been well and truly charltonised4

Posh 1-2. Guess who scored for Posh0

The service to CBT has been awful. There is an attacking threat there if we can actually find him.2

Oxford 2-10

Second best all over the pitch at the moment and chasing shadows left, right, and centre.
We have to change shape. Kanu is trying but he’s not going to be able to hold the ball up when he’s on his own vs 3 centre backs. May is utterly wasted on the right and Chem just cannot get into the game.
Would like to see us push Chem wide and May up alongside Kanu and switch to an old fashioned 442 for 10 minutes and at least try something different.
Appleton’s tactical stubbornness in the face of overwhelming contradictory evidence is starting to be reminiscent of Karl Robinson.5 -

May on the right is stupid. I just don’t get managers sometimes. Just play square pegs in square holes!9

Little pull back there, lucky.0

Just when you think it can't get any worse......0

Didn’t watch last week, just gone by what was stated on here. But my god I believe it all now, that was turgid.0

JCH just scored for Peterborough0
-
We struggle because we can't hold the ball up front. Rovers centre backs have nothing to deal with, it's where we are but the three players up front need to alter their movement.0
-
The one bright spark this season has been May…and Appleton has decided to kill that by putting him on the wing. Tells you all you need to know about our ‘coach’.How can clubs like Rovers look organised, compact, tidy and progressive - and we look totally lost all the time?9
-
Sum that up fairly easily.
Brilliant for the first 5 minutes. Then got progressively worse.
Very lucky to be level at half time and unless something changes we will never hold on.
And Hector is going to be sent off.3 -

Luckily Collins helps it in from an offside position
We are going to have somebody sent off
Clueless
Spineless
Gutlesssupaclive said:From their freekick AMB saves but if he'd spilt it the only CAFC player running in for the clearance is May.
It's simply about wanting it
And we don't want it
It's abject
Nothing better than we've been watching for the last 3 years. We are very very very poor.

We are incapable of coping with a basic press and are completely unable to play through it. Our pattern is lots of passing along the back and then a hoof upfield to concede possession. In contrast, we put little pressure on them whilst in possession and are allowing them to work their way into some good positions, albeit their final ball hasn't been there.2

Anderson struggled first half, I would bring on Watson. Also swap Alfie and chem ffs play Alfie through the middle he is so wasted out wide5
-
We look like we're running in treacle half the time. Every team we play look like they're so much fitter and stronger than us. That's no coincidence.

One thing I really noticed is that anytime we have the ball, our players all run away...no support at all.
Karoy Anderson might be a talent but he looks utterly lost. CBT doesnt have a footballing brain does he? Unless he can run at a player he is limited.
Need something big to happen but we have no players who can change things in an instant.1
