It appears Stephen Jones has been pushing this and that's the scary point - as he is going to take over when Jerry retires.
It could be a hundred years before we win another Superbowl.

Not a bad career progression. Hired 3 years ago as a consultant. After a year progressed to becoming offense coordinator, i don't think he was even calling the plays........and now he gets the head coach role. Utterly bizarre as it doesn't look like he's actually been successful anywhere.1

New York Giants letting Barkley leave and Cowboys not securing Derrick Henry are THE two worst decisions in the NFL this season.
