Talking about diversity stuff, Gavin talking about it from a personal view, Methven talking about it as an opportunity to grow the club.

This meeting has been known for a while but the club cannot get the four of them in the same place for this meeting, why not hold it at Sparrows Lane?

This is crying out for a follow-up question on the "let's improve the stadium" point, but I doubt we're going to get one.

Yeah, but have they fixed the floodlights
  • About as riveting as a Channel 5 drama.

I don't like criticising, but these questions have been far too vague and open.

I hope when Charlotte goes through the submitted questions, they're more specific.

So the club is STILL going to lose 9+m
As I can't see trading results improving whilst we serve up bang average football
Nowhere near the £2m eh Charlie boy.....

What do they mean Gassan didn't have a pre-season? He was still under contract at Ipswich. He joined us on 4th July and he was with us for the summer training camp.
I might be wrong but I think he picked up an injury during our pre-season
But he surely had a good chunk of the pre-season because I remember him playing in the friendlies.

He certainly had more of a pre-season than Miles Leaburn, so hardly seems like much of an excuse.
At Wimbledon he only played about half an hour because he was returning from injury, and I think he missed a couple of games before that which were behind closed doors.

So he might have missed a week or 2 but tbh that can’t really excuse how poor he’s been

Asking about a new sign on the Covered End.
Jesus f**king Christ, there’s more important things than a sign right now!

So we haven’t asked any difficult questions beyond challenging if Scott is still around.

We learn the pitch is crap but nothing we can do and negotiations on the freehold are not really active as we don’t even have a date in diary for the next meeting.

Oh and don’t expect any signings - only outgoings.

What is the point of the supporters trust? They are not representative of the fans that go regularly

Carter mentioned 888, still the plan then.
  • Pillars, visions, 8+8+8. It’s a bloody football team that needs to get the hell out of this division FFS - that needs to be addressed much more directly. At the moment it sounds like an HSBC middle manager’s seminar

Not quite the whole story. We now get all the sales income but also all the costs.

The question missed so far is when do we form a meaningful community link with out neighbours Maryon Wilson Animal Park.
Their sheep could be used to help keep the grass nice and short, and it would be nosh for the animals.
Their poo might enrich the soil.
